What's on this page?
Dear Ms. Wyatt,
Thank you so much, all of the activities you put on here help me be a better writer. I hope to become a writer one day. Thank you for putting time and effort into your blog. This must have taken you hours and hours, right!? Thank you for all you do.
I Am Very Thankful,
Abby
P.S here is the link to my blog! http://1abbyp.edublogs.org/
If you can please take a look.
Dear Ms. Wyatt,
Just by way of explanation 🙂
I understand I am to comment on Numbers 42 -46 and did that last night.
However I couldn’t comment on Number 44’s Elliot’s. I checked back tonight to see if Number 44 on the list Elliot had corrected his url.
I couldn’t see Elliot at Number 44 any more.
I notice that the girls who were at 42 and 43 last night when I was commenting (Ashley and Audra) are now at number 40 and 41. I hope Hilary who is commenting on Number 37 – 41 does not think that I am standing on her toes as I left a comment for Ashley and Audra when they were at Numbers 42 and 43 but now they are lower down on the list.
Because the numbering has changed I commented on Kailey, Belinda and Tessa just now, as this evening they are numbered 44, 45 and 46 and so are now on my list.
Hoping this makes sense,
With every good wish,
Merry Beau
Hi Merry Beau,
Have sent an email today to all commenters. I will only be sending link to next week’s responses on a Wednesday – Monday was too early as I hadn’t checked those and overnight about 80 came in at once. Commenters were very keen to get onto their commenting hence some numbers have changed. Not worried if some students get two comments while we are in the teething stage.
Many thanks Ms. Wyatt.
As I say ‘commenting’ seems like a great system.
Looking forward to the rest of the challenge.
With every good wish
Merry Beau
Hello!
I really like this format for the individuals leaving comments. Thanks for the change. I’ve added the badge, written a post and left comments on all my assigned blogs. Looking forward to a new season!
Thanks,
Dinah
Dear Ms. Wyatt,
I have just finished commenting. It was so much easier than mentoring. What a clever idea. No rooting around for finished posts. That used take time as you well know.
However Number 44 on my list Elliot has given me a wonky url so I couldn’t access his blog. If he can correct this I will certainly check back and leave a comment.
I mentioned this to what I assume may be his four classmates as they have the same teacher. So hopefully the message may get back that way.
With every good wish,
Merry Beau
Hi Sue!
I’ve just put the Badge: I chose to put it in both the Tutor blog in English and in the Writing Workshop blog in Portuguese, as I remember some students visited me in both blogs in the past. I hope it’s ok with you.
I haven’t written the post yet, as I had to cope with floods in my brother ‘s flat this week, but I hope to catch up in time.
From now on and during our ten weeks, whenever we, commenters, should write a post, I’ll put it in both languages, so that my kids may follow better and for all the other kids may feel at ease.
I’m setting a word table with the names and urls of my students (I’ve just counted them up from 47 to 51, but I understand this may change), the weekly tasks, my own future comments and so on, so that I feel organized and ready to go.
I’m happy to be navigating on the web-ocean with you again!
Ines
Hi Ines,
Great for the translating and the badge. The students you will be commenting on will be a new form each week and I will send to your email with the link to check on.
Hello Ms. W
Edublogs has been a challenge and I have been trying my best work on every post that I am doing. My best work/ post is “http://hmsla2020.edublogs.org/2018/01/05/2018-is-finally-here-thought-back-on-mean-meme/” please click on that link at or put it into another tab. If it’s good enough can you please put it up so everyone can see it, that doesn’t mean you have to though.
PS: It’s about bullying
